What is the Business Growth Programme

The Business Growth Programme is an intensive 13 week training and work placement programme which creates individuals who are able to generate new business growth for your organisation.

Add value to your business

Individuals spend one day per week on an intensive training programme at our state-of-the-art training facility at St Andrews House Norwich (see http://www.financialskillsacademy.org.uk/facilities-st-andrews-house ) and spend a further minimum two days per week at your premises on an internship programme (this can be tailored to meet your specific needs, please ask for further details).

At the end of the 13 week period, we expect the individual to have proven to you their capacity to add value to your business through increased sales potential (and actual sales) in order that you then offer them a full time position at your organisation.

The Business Growth Programme is a unique development programme which does not exist anywhere else. It has been created through a special partnership of innovation in education and training (City College Norwich) and years of commercial experience and creativity (Turning Factor).
