- A process which also helps you manage your own, and your staff’s, time by delivering a “job ready” (specific to your organisation) individual who knows your organisation and whom you also know
- A recruitment process which is cheaper than conventional recruitment costs (averaging at 15% with 3 months clawback)
- An individual who will pay back all of your programme fees if they leave within 12 months of being employed by you
